About

About The ABA Index

The ABA Index exists because of a search result. Look up "best ABA practice management software" and every ranking you'll find is published by a software vendor — and in nearly every one, the publisher ranks itself first. For an industry responsible for the care of autistic children, the tooling decisions were being guided almost entirely by the people selling the tools.

This site is the neutral alternative: an independent directory of the software, services, and devices that run ABA practices — researched from primary sources, labeled honestly, and funded by nobody's placement fees. Where vendors hide pricing, we say so rather than guess. Where our information hasn't been verified yet, the listing says that too. The full rules are on the methodology page, and they apply to everyone — including us.

Who runs it

The ABA Index is independently operated by a team with years of experience working alongside ABA and autism-services organizations — which is exactly why it exists. No vendor or service provider listed here holds any ownership stake in this site, no placement is for sale, and every listing is held to the same published standards.

How to reach us

Corrections, tool suggestions, and comparison requests all reach a human at [email protected]. Vendors: if a listing about you is wrong or stale, we verify against primary sources and fix it with a changelog — that offer is standing.
