What is verified, what is stale, what is missing

A site that claims every figure is sourced should be able to show its working. This page lists every dataset here, where each came from, when it was last read against its source, and what we could not confirm. It is generated from the data files themselves, so it cannot quietly drift out of date the way a hand-written promise would.

Reimbursement, state by state

"Age" is how long ago the schedule took effect, not when we checked it. A state can be checked yesterday and still be publishing rates set in 2019 — North Carolina is exactly that, and the page says so.

What we withdrew rather than publish. TRICARE's rate figures were removed on 2 August 2026 because they could not be re-verified — the file sits behind a JavaScript gate, repeated reads disagreed, and one suggested our ranges attached two codes to the wrong figures. Florida's 97155 and 97156 rows were removed the same day for a similar reason. Both pages now link the official schedule and publish no number. A missing figure is recoverable; a wrong one is not.

Where we refuse to infer. Seven states publish a 97153 rate with no time unit. Assuming fifteen minutes would give Kansas a $150 hourly rate against its own $16.25 direct-therapy figure. Those states appear in the dataset without an hourly number rather than with a guessed one.

Corrections. Every error found and fixed is logged, with what was wrong and what it should have said, at corrections.
