The ABA Index

The companies of ABA

Who owns the platform your practice runs on, and who owns the clinics down the road, are both matters of public record — and both are scattered across press releases, regulatory filings, business registers and a federal data file nobody reads. These pages gather them in one place, with every fact linked to the document it came from.

The companies behind the software

Founders, funding and ownership for the platforms in the directory. Researched one at a time, every claim cited to a filing, a register or an announcement.

What these pages are for. Who founded a company, who has invested in it, who owns it now, and where it operates are all matters of record — but they are spread across press releases, SEC filings, business registers and a federal data file, and no one has collected them for this sector. We report what those documents say, and nothing beyond it. We draw no conclusions about what any ownership structure means for a buyer; that judgment is yours to make.

Two kinds of page. The software company pages are researched one at a time from filings and announcements. The clinic company pages are generated from the federal NPI registry and say only what that registry contains — an NPI record shows a registered address under a taxonomy code, not that a location is open today, and nothing about quality. Registration is not endorsement. Organizations registered under an individual's name are excluded; this site does not publish what may be somebody's home address.

How these pages work. Every claim carries a numbered citation linking to the document behind it — an announcement, an SEC filing or a government register. Where something could not be confirmed, the page says so rather than guessing. Missing a company, or spotted an error? Tell us.
