Read before using these numbers

Arkansas pays only four ABA codes. 97152, 97154, 97157, 97158, 0362T and 0373T are not on the schedule, which states it reflects only codes currently payable.
The fee schedule itself prints no time unit. The 15-minute unit comes from the agency’s own companion procedure-code file, cited separately above, which also repeats the same four rates.
No effective date is printed. The schedule shows a run date of 1 January 2025, states that rates are in effect as of the date of the report, and is the version currently linked from the DHS fee schedules page.
The dollar column is a maximum allowed amount — Arkansas pays the lesser of the amount billed or this figure. It is a per-unit maximum, not a daily cap.
Every row carries modifier EP. The benefit runs from 18 months to age 20.
