Read before using these numbers

Delaware states no time unit anywhere on the schedule, so no hourly figure is shown. On a 15-minute assumption 97151 would imply $175 an hour, which is why it is not assumed.
The schedule is split into "without modifier" and "with modifier" tables, and the with-modifier prices are roughly double for 97153 and 97155. Both are given.
The 2022 schedule is the only ABA-specific one Delaware publishes, but its 97153, 97155 and 97156 figures are confirmed still current by Delaware’s April 2026 physician fee schedule.
97154, 97157, 97158, 0362T and 0373T do not appear.
