Read before using these numbers

Michigan publishes no fee-for-service ABA fee schedule. ABA is carved into the prepaid inpatient health plan system, and this is a legislatively mandated floor those plans must pay.
No Michigan rate is published for any ABA code other than 97153. A search of every MDHHS fee schedule workbook returned no ABA CPT codes at all.
Because it is a floor rather than an allowed amount, Michigan is not plotted on the hourly comparison chart alongside fee-for-service schedules.
