Read before using these numbers

Montana is one of the few states that prints the time unit on the schedule itself. Every row carries '15 min' in its own Unit column, so no companion document is needed to read these rates.
The BCBA assumes full professional responsibility for services delivered by an intermediate professional or a registered behavior technician, and all services are billed under the BCBA's provider NPI. Modifier TC marks the intermediate professional (BCaBA); technician services have their own code rows.
The schedule states that providers 'are reimbursed according to the Department's RBRVS system'. Montana's State Fiscal Year 2027 notices say the department will implement the 2026 RBRVS relative value units with budget-neutral adjustments, so a system-calculated payment could differ slightly from the printed table.
This July 2025 schedule is still the newest ABA-specific schedule the department publishes. The SFY 2027 notice states no Medicaid provider rate adjustments are being implemented except those required by statute or federal regulation, and no ABA schedule appears among the July 2026 fee schedules, so these figures were current when we checked on 3 August 2026.
0362T and 0373T do not appear on Montana's ABA fee schedule.
