97157, 97158 and 0362T are listed on the schedule with Covered = 'No' and $0.00 in every rate column. That is a coverage exclusion, not a rate of zero dollars, and those rows are omitted above rather than published as $0.00.
North Dakota retired its standalone Autism Services Fee Schedule after 1 July 2025. ABA rates now sit inside the combined Professional Services workbook, where they carry Category 'Autism'. The dollar figures come from the column headed 'General Rate'; the neighboring 'Professional Rate' and 'Technical Rate' columns are $0.00 for every autism code.
The current workbook prints no time-unit column. The 15-minute unit comes from the agency's own archived Autism Services Fee Schedule dated 1 July 2025, which prints 'each 15 minutes' for these codes.
Rates have risen roughly 2% a year: 97151 went $30.53 (2024) to $31.14 (2025) to $31.76 (2026); 97153 went $10.39 to $10.60 to $10.81.
