Read before using these numbers

Both previously cited URLs are live and correct. The fee-schedule page links the file we read; the ABA policy page carries no rates but does carry the reimbursement rule.
Only four ABA codes are on the Oklahoma schedule. 97152, 97154, 97157, 97158, 0362T and 0373T do not appear anywhere in the July 2026 file.
OHCA rule 317:30-5-316 (Reimbursement methodology, revised 09-01-25) explains the gap: "Payment is not made to under supervision ABA practitioners/paraprofessionals, including but not limited to, BCaBAs and RBTs." Oklahoma pays only at the licensed-behavior-analyst level, so there are no technician-tier codes and no provider-tier modifiers to record.
The schedule prints no unit column and OHCA's ABA policy pages state no unit. Do not publish these as 15-minute rates without a further source.
The fee schedule carries no modifier for any of the four codes; the Modifier column is empty.
