Read before using these numbers

The previously cited URL was the wrong kind of document. https://www.hca.wa.gov/assets/billers-and-providers/aba-services-bg-20260101.pdf is the ABA Program Billing Guide effective 1 January 2026; it lists every ABA code and its 15-minute unit but contains no dollar figure anywhere — a search of the extracted text for a dollar amount returns zero hits. HCA publishes rates in a separate XLSX fee schedule, and the current one (effective 1 July 2026) supersedes the January 2026 billing guide's period.
97152 is not on Washington's schedule; HCA uses 0362T for supporting assessment.
97154, 97157 and 97158 are priced only in the "ABA Group" worksheet, keyed by group-size modifier UN/UP/UQ/UR/US. The main worksheet says "See group rates" for those three codes rather than giving a figure.
The two worksheets carry different effective dates: the main sheet says "Effective July 1, 2026" and the group sheet says "Effective January 1, 2026". The group figures may therefore be older than the individual ones.
LBAT = licensed behavior analysis technician-supervising professional and CBT = certified behavior technician in HCA's terminology; the fee schedule tiers by which professional must be involved rather than by a provider-credential modifier.
H2020 (therapeutic behavioral services, per diem) is on the same schedule at $571.30 and is a day-program rate, not an ABA CPT rate.
Q3014 and the revenue-coded H2020 line are priced "DP" and "EAPG" respectively — no fixed amount.
