Passage Health is the youngest company in this directory and, unusually, one of the easiest to verify. It filed with the SEC for both of its funding rounds, so the amounts are a matter of record rather than a press-release claim.1
Bill White and Gabriel Khaselev founded it in 2022. White has a personal connection to autism — he has described babysitting a nonverbal autistic child in his youth. The company says it engaged around a hundred ABA provider organizations while building the product.3
The seed round's first sale was in July 2023, at $2,225,000 — a filing which notes that $1,000,000 of that was existing convertible notes converting rather than new money. The Series A followed in April 2025 at $8,000,000. By its own account it was serving about 150 practices at that point.2
