Raven Health sells a mobile- and tablet-first data collection platform, and the company is harder to pin down than most. It publishes no founding year and no address. What can be established from a public record is that Raven Health, LLC is a Delaware company that registered to do business in New York on 15 February 2023.1
Its chief executive, Richard Wagner, is described on the About page as a co-founder. He tells an origin story there about growing up in a family of clinicians who complained that healthcare software was awful, and about his father saying he had trained to be with patients, not to spend Saturdays on data entry.2
That sits awkwardly against the company's own homepage and FAQ, both of which state that Raven was founded by a practicing BCBA. No BCBA co-founder is named anywhere on the site. We could not resolve the contradiction, so we report it rather than pick a side.72
